All-Over Sun Milk is a shake-well mineral SPF 50 at 20.5 percent zinc oxide, thin enough to spread over an arm without turning it white and rich enough to leave skin looking lit rather than chalky. Squalane, glycerin and sea buckthorn oil sit underneath the filter, so it hydrates while it protects. Water resistant for 40 minutes, and dermatologist tested as safe for sensitive skin.

Best for a day outdoors, and for anyone who owns a face sunscreen and nothing for the rest of them. Ideal shaken well and applied before dressing, since mineral filters transfer onto fabric before they set.

Shake well. Apply liberally and evenly to the face and body, or anywhere that will be exposed, 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every two hours.

Mineral filters can transfer onto fabric before they set, so allow a few minutes before dressing.
