AS A 10 TO 20 MINUTE MASQUE: pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone. Using the Multi-Use Facial Brush, sold separately, apply an even thin layer. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes, starting at twice a week, then rinse with tepid water and follow with the Environ vitamin A moisturizer currently in the routine. Use in the evening. AS AN OVERNIGHT MASQUE, once a 20 minute daily application is comfortable: pre-cleanse, cleanse, tone and apply the vitamin A moisturizer. After 20 minutes apply a thin layer of the masque, leave on overnight and rinse with tepid water in the morning.

CAUTION: The applicator brush is not included. Build the leave-on time gradually rather than starting at 20 minutes.
