1) Apply Step 1 to clean, dry skin, massaging into face and neck; avoid the eye area. 2) Leave on for a maximum of 3 minutes and do not rinse. 3) Apply Step 2 over the same area and leave on. 4) Use every 3-4 days, preferably in the evening. 5) Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen in the morning. Tingling upon application is normal.
