DAILY RITUAL. After a shower or bath, apply Esker Body Oil to damp or dry skin. Using long, gentle strokes with medium pressure, plane the skin, giving extra attention to elbows, knees and heels. Wipe the blade clean with the included cloth as needed.

WEEKLY RITUAL. Following a bath or shower, apply two to three pumps of Esker Body Oil, one limb at a time, and take longer over each area.

The Body Plane is an exfoliation tool and results are unique to each skin it touches. They vary from person to person and from use to use. Sometimes it will lift a great deal of dirt and oil from the skin, sometimes noticeably less. Either way the tool is working to remove dry skin, dirt and impurities from the body.

It works best when skin is wet, warm and primed with body oil. Use it in the shower or bath, or just afterwards if the body has not been towel dried.

Working from the toes up, one limb at a time, apply a single pump of Esker Body Oil, spread it lightly across the skin, then follow quickly with long, gentle strokes of the Body Plane, working up towards the heart.

Remove excess dirt and oil from the Body Plane by wiping it on the cloth.

Repeat on each area, using a single pump of oil each time. Esker recommends stronger pressure and longer strokes on the arms and legs, and shorter, gentler strokes on the chest, torso and neck.
